Administration Tools - Check Your Company's Registration Request Status
You have registered a new organization, but the organization's request for access to the Supplier Portal platform hasn't been approved yet.
Check Your Registration Status
You can check the status of your organization's registration request by navigating to the login page and clicking on Check Your Registration Status. Enter the user ID and password of the account you created. Your registration status will display. You can click Send Reminder to nudge the approver.
Depending upon the structure and the service package requested, this request can be sent off to different administrator types:
|If you did not request access to any service packages
|Your request will be automatically rejected after 30 days
|If you requested access to a customer portal AND your supplier code is not currently registered on the Supplier Portal
|Your request will be routed to the customer portal administrator to be evaluated. Note that the OpenText/Covisint service desk will not be able to approve these requests or provide a status update on them
|If you requested access to a customer portal AND your supplier code is already registered on the Supplier Portal
|Your request will be routed to your Service Authority Organization (SAO) admin. The SAO is the first organization to request access to a portal with your parent supplier code. The SAO will have the authority to approve or reject access to the parent code and all its child codes for that customer portal.
|You requested an OpenText/Covisint EDI service like B2B Connect, Supplier Connection, or SupplyOnline
|Your request was routed to an OpenText team for evaluation.
If you don't know which of these categories your request falls into, you can contact us to confirm.
