Introduction

This article applies to users with the Service Administrator and Full Sync roles. Note: this capability is available for OEM administrators only; it is not available for supplier administrators.

This article will describe how an administrator can generate an IDSync message for any user who has been assigned the service package that the administrator owns.

Details

Prerequisite: To have access to the Admin Tool > Full Sync capability, the administrator must have been assigned both the Service Administrator role and the Full Sync user. The administrator must also be assigned as a Service Administrator for the parent package. 

1. From the CSA "hamburger" menu, select Admin Tool, then the Full Sync submenu 
2. Enter the user ID of the user to be synced. Click the Search button
3. Select the radio button for the user to be synced. Select the OEM from the drop-down list. Click the Generate Full Sync button.
