Active Access - Portal - My Favorite Applications
Introduction
This article applies to all users of Active Access and Supplier Portal. This article will guide users through adding applications to their My Favorite Applications or My Applications widgets on customer portal home pages. Adding an application to the My Favorite Applications or My Applications widget enables quick access to frequently used applications.
Details
The look and feel of the My Applications or My Favorite Applications widget varies depending on the theme and navigation of the portal itself, however, the functionality will work one of two ways depending on the version of the portal software.
My Applications
Applications used frequently can be added to the My Applications widget on the portal home page for easy access.
Click the Applications tab to view the list of applications you are entitled to.
Click the star icon next to the applications you wish to add to your My Applications list.
The selected applications will now appear in the My Applications widget.
My Favorite Applications
Some portal experiences have a My Favorite Applications widget on the portal homepage. Add favorite applications to this widget for quick, easy access to frequently used applications.
Navigate to the Applications list from the navigation menu (navigation varies depending on the customer portal layout). Highlight the star icon in the Actions column for the Applications you wish to add to the My Favorite Applications widget.
The applications will be added to the My Favorite Applications widget.
