Introduction

This article applies to all users. This article describes the procedure for requesting access to a vendor code for an application.

Details

1. Login to IAM Admin Console

2. Click the "hamburger" menu, then click the carrot next to My Access Management. Click the service packages subtab.

3. Click the carrot next to the parent package to expand the list of sub-packages or applications

4. Click on the desired sub-package or application

5. Click the vendor code tab (note the tab may be labeled with the customer-specific vendor code type such as Supplier Codes, DUNS code, etc.)

6. Click the + to request a vendor code

7. Check the box next to the vendor code(s) to be requested, then click the Request button. If you don't see the desired code available, it's because the code has already been granted OR because it is not assigned to your organization.

Repeat for each application or subpackage where code access needs to be requested

The request will need to be approved by the Security Administrator. Once approved, the changes may take several hours to be visible in the application.
