Introduction

This article applies to users with the Security Administrator role. This article with describe the procedure to add one or more vendor codes to a user's application access.

Details

1. Search for the user's profile
2. Click the desired search result to view the user's profile
3. Click the Service Packages tab
4. Click the down arrow to expand and view the subpackages or applications assigned to the user
5. Click on the desired subpacakge or application
6. Click ont the vendor codes tab (note: the tab will be named with the partner's vendor code type, for example the tab may read Vendor Codes, DUNS Codes, Supplier Codes, GSDB Codes, etc.)
7. Click the + 
8. Select the desired code(s)
9. Click Assign

Note: it may take several hours for back end systems to update and for the new vendor code to appear in the partner's application.
