Active Access - IAM Admin Console - Manage Organization - Reactivate User's Suspended Service Package

Introduction

This article applies to users with the Security Administrator role. This article will describe the procedure to reactivate a user's service package that had been suspended due to inactivity.

Details

1. Navigate to IAM Admin Console

2. Navigate to the desired user profile

3. Click on the user's Service Packages tab

4. Click on the desired service package

5. Slide the Set status slider to Active

6. Enter a reason in the pop up box, then click the Activate button
