Introduction

This article applies to all users who have logged in to the Covisint Supplier Portal (also known as Automotive Exchange) and will be logging in to Active Access for the first time. This article details the steps required to log in to Active Access for the first time.

Login to https://us.sso.covisint.com with the User ID and Password used for Supplier Portal

Create a new password meeting the required criteria

Login with the new password

Click on Security Configuration

Choose a Security Question from the drop-down list of potential questions. Enter an answer, then click the Save button

Your account has been migrated successfully. Click the Continue button

You are now logged in to Active Access Administration. To navigate to the portal, enter the portal URL in the address bar of your browser.
